      • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.

    Non-returnable Items

      Dropshipping and Affiliate Products

      Because Genious Goods operates through dropshipping and as an Amazon affiliate, the return process for some items may be subject to the policies of third-party vendors. For these products, we will guide you through the process of contacting the vendor to handle your return according to their policies.

      How to Initiate a Return

          1. Email us at contact@geniousgoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

          1. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without guidance from us.

          1. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

        Refunds

        Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

        Exchange Policy

        Shipping Returns

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
